  | Master Bath | Nov 2014 | A Small, Narrow Master Bathroom Remodel. Customer wanted a unique, personalized look to turn her tired bath into a small but beautiful retreat! We used a 6x6 inch tile in a brick pattern for the shower floor. Challenging, but rewarding! We removed a soffet over the shower to open up the feel of the room and replaced the window with a dual pane new window. | $10k | Scottsdale, AZ |
  | Desert Mountain Remodel | Sep 2014 | A Whole Home Remodel... Flooring throughout, Kitchen, Four Bathrooms, Paint, Front Door... We removed part of a load bearing wall to open up the view from the Great Room to the Kitchen. The owner asked us to remove a wet bar area to create a large pantry. We put a different tile pattern in each bathroom just for fun! The Master Bath was a great challange! Created a "no curb" shower with a nice long slope past a jetted tub into a beautiful wet retreat of a large shower with multiple shower heads and a seat. | $100k | Scottsdale, AZ |
  | McDowell Townhouse | Jul 2012 | Remodel of Townhouse for rental unit. Did this work for and with my best buddy! Great Result! Our goal was to make the property attractive to quality renters. The kitchen was obviously both ruined and small, the cabinets were basically destroyed. We moved the refrigerator to the end of the kitchen to allow us room for a washer/dryer unit and created a pantry to hide it and the water heater (under the counter) - and to add pantry shelving. Taking out part of the wall was my idea. It allowed me to create the great big breakfast bar and opened up the tight feeling isle kitchen. The Telephone Counter to the left of the refrigerator ties the kitchen together. 12X24 tile for the counter with that great back splash helped turn the kitchen into a real show piece without blowing the budget! Both bathrooms got new vanities and lights after we tiled the kitchen and bath floors and carpeted the bedrooms. Fresh paint and baseboards finished the remodel. Result? A real Cinderella Story!
