FIRST IMPRESSION NOT GOOD !!! WALKS IN MY GARAGE WITH HIS SHOES ALL FULL OF MUD. AND I HAVE A (BLACK AND WHITE FLOOR). LEFT BIG DIRT CLODS ON MY DRIVEWAY. (HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) THAT IS JUST THE START!!! I JUST WANTED THEM TO INSTALL A THERMOSTAT IN MY GARAGE FOR MY HEATER. THIS ALL STARTED AROUND (THANKSGIVING) AND TODAY IS (JANUARY 11TH 2019) JOB STILL NOT COMPLETE ! AFTER THEY DID THE WIRING, THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME WITH THREE THERMOSTAT'S. HE WIRED THE FIRST ONE UP, DID NOT WORK ! THEN THE SECOND ONE ! THEN THIRD ! NONE WORKED !!! WHAT A JOKE !!! SO HE TOLD ME HE HAS TO GET A SPECIAL THERMOSTAT. OK I SAID HOW LONG ? HE TOLD ME WELL IT HAS TO GO THRU A COUPLE PEOPLE'S HAND'S BEFORE IT GET'S TO ME ! I THOUGHT (WHAT) THIS IS EVEN A BIGGER JOKE !!! HE TOLD ME LAST WEEK IT WILL BE HERE ON THE 10TH OF JANUARY AND I WILL INSTALL IT THE NEXT DAY ON THE 11TH. I CALLED THEM AND SAID ARE WE ALL GOOD FOR THE 11TH. THEY SAID (NO) HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET ! REMIND YOU... I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR (TWO) WEEK FOR THIS PART TO COME IN ! AND STILL WAITING ! WELL I SAID TO THEM, I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE ! I WAS DUMB FOR PUTTING UP WITH THIS FOR SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LONG !!!

I would stay away from this business, unless you really like getting ripped off. My mom called and had them come out for an estimate for all new electric outlets in the home, they told her it would be an "all day" job and would be 1,100. to include the cost of parts. So she agreed on that price for the job stated. About a week later the guy shows up ( about an hr late ) and starts the job. About 2 hrs into it another guy shows up to help the first guy ( not agreed upon ), then we find out the guy doing the job for the last couple of hours was only an apprentice, not an electrician! Good Lord!! They finish the job in a total of 4 hrs. So my mom was super excited! That meant the bill would be much less than the "full days" work they told her it would be. About a week later I get the bill via my email, she was being charged 1,244.30, a full 144.00 more than she was quoted and NOT less like she thought it would be. Turns out they charged her $175.00 an HOUR instead of what the going rate in this area is. My mom was battling breast cancer at the time and sick, she had to take time off work to go through treatments, and these guys were RIPPING her off so bad it made me cry for her.. She was trying to figure out a way to approach them without causing too much trouble when they told her to pay it or go to collections!! Let me tell you, I have never been so LIVID with a business in all my life!!! I have contacted a lawyer on her behalf, so hopefully this gets resolved for her.. She has thousands of dollars of debt because of the cancer, and these guys made it that much harder for her!!!
