DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could leave zero stars I would. We used them to do a home inspection, radon inspection, and wood destroying insect’s inspection prior to the purchase of our new home which is now infested with termites that they failed to discover, and when we called them to notify them that they had missed this upon inspection their response was, “We they can’t do anything about it this has happened several times before.” Now it is costing us $1200 to have their home treated for termites because this company failed to do a proper inspection. Do not use them! They clearly do not back up their services or their company name! Our home inspector was Brian Smallwood.
