I had Floritam put iin 6 weeks ago and it took very well. I had the pool resealed and they destroyed about 1000 square feet of sod. And then there is another area that I had fungus problems and lower sunlight and my lawn person suggested I put in palmetto grass in place of the floritam. The grass needs to be cleared but besides that there should be no root issues from the oak tree.
