Stay away from this company. They are not knowledgeable about sprinkler systems or sod installation. When I stopped payment on the final invoice, he had a neighborhood lawyer call and threaten to sue me! They left bulbs under the sod, did not install landscape paper and didn’t bypass my back yard sprinkler. The back yard sprinkler buckled my brick walkway. My neighbor saved my front yard by pulling weeds and changing the sprinkler system programming. Horrible and expensive experience!

BUYER BEWARE. The owner, Kurt, was to resod our yard, fix the sprinkler system and install rock around the pool. We were told if we paid through his app called UPLANT, we could get a 10% discount. After paying over $5000, they left our yard a complete mess. Kurt told many stories of sod companies cancelling his orders, running out of sod, family emergencies etc...The only way for him to finish the job was to send more money through his app UPLANT. The yard was left without sod on both sides, no rock, no working sprinklers, multiple different kinds of sod (half of which is dead) and no solutions offered except he would send out a sprinkler guy. The sprinkler guy said he had nothing to do with the sod. We actually called the sod company to see if and why they cancelled his order for our sod which they said no, he had cancelled it. We are currently considering our legal options, but please do not fall into this rabbit hole. He appears to be a big company, but he does not have the resources to complete any job without up-front cash which he then appears to spend on jobs other than the one you paid for. We had a reputable company come out and they said that since no prep work was done, all of the weeds in the prior sod have begun to infiltrate the new sod (the parts that are not dead). We gave him many opportunities to remedy the issue, even offering to split the cost of fixing the mess, however he will not return any calls. Upon further research on the State of Florida’s corporations website, it appears Kurt has many companies with various names, operating out of various cities as he is probably not able to sustain business in any area for very long. This is a true scam.

Stay away from hiring this company for anything! They charged me $7500 and they were a complete mess! I told them in advance the ground was soft were I lived and that they needed tracks instead of wheeled equipment, they didn’t listen and got 3 pieces of equipment stuck the first day on the job, which took days to resolve. I told them they needed an excavator for this job, and they showed with a Bobcat which was not only inadequate, but they destroyed my backyard, so badly that I had to hire another company to repair the damage. They promised a bucket truck to trim my trees, instead their worker just climbed as high as he could, or they had him climb in the bucket of the Bobcat to cut and trim which was inadequate and dangerous. Their stump grinding was not done properly, and they left the job incomplete. I had to hire another company to finish their mess as well. They did not know how to operate ANY of the equipment they rented, and got four heavy machinery stuck on my lawn, then they left one stuck for 3 days and I had to hire a heavy equipment operator to get their machine out, because they didn’t know how. They never refunded me any of the money for the mess they left. Do NOT hire this company for anything, they are inexperienced, and don't know what they are doing.
