Pete's Outflow Technicians

Pete's Outflow Technicians was founded in 1953 by the original owner, Pete Walquist, offering septic tank and line cleaning services in Santa Cruz County. Pete owned and operated the business solely until 1966, when Darrel Brown was hired on as temporary help. Darrel came from the California State Parks, maintaining and rebuilding the local area beaches, parks and campgrounds. In the off season, Darrel went to work with Pete and ended up staying as the company's first full-time employee.
