Stay away they will steal your money and not do the job they always have a excuse for everything. if I could give them 0 stars I would .

Wow! I was lied to several times from the Lead Service Technician working for this Company. He didn't honor his word not once, even said that we are like family. The outdoor unit does go in defrost, causing the unit to freeze up. He approved a two year warranty after he installed the unit. Talk about a shady individual. No contact once the final payment was paid.

I called and he was able to fit me in between two of his appointments that Same day. Unbelievably kind, professional, and respectful. Explained everything that was going on and what/how he was going to fix it. Also gave me great advice on how to properly maintain my A/C unit. Highly recommend!
