Roots Construction

Hello members of Facebook! These people are very rude and I am completely dissatisfied with their services. They would call me 10-15 minutes before they wanted to come over, and all 3 times they have called I am headed to work. They would then get upset, because they would not be home for them to come fix it. They wanted to enter my home with no one there. Next, I scheduled 9 with April. My mother was at my house by 8:45 waiting for them. The guy swears he was there until 9 and no one would answer. Bologna. Next would be the text messages shown below. That is so unprofessional to tell someone “I don’t know what to tell ya..”. Next, the maintenance guy came into my home and asked my sister for a towel. I was not home because I was at work. Why did he not have his own towels? My sister handed him a cheap towel and he said he needed something smaller. She handed him another cheap baby towel. That one is untouched. My other baby towel, that is my daughters nice one he free for all grabbed and ruined! I understand it is just a towel, but it was not his to begin with. On top of that he left the dirty towel on my counter with my infants bottles. I am very angered this situation and just thought I would give everyone a heads up! Note I do NOT blame my landlord for this, she is the one who got them to come back and fix it today.
