This project entailed finishing off a 'Jack & Jill" bedroom/bathroom - most of the framing, plumbing, and electrical was in place. We finished the bedrooms off with matching textures and trims, and the bathroom was finished with a free-standing vanity and a four-piece shower surround with Euro style sliding glass doors. The client supplied most of the fixtures and accessories.

Our client's home was starting to show it's age; the roof rafters were over-span and were starting to sag in areas. After reviewing options, the decision was made to tear it all off and start over. We tweaked the roof design and added skylights. The project included cedar t&g soffits and new gutters.

We tied the desired look into the existing style of their home. The railing has custom aluminum posts with an aluminum and oak top rail and stainless steel cables.

Our client had her long time renters moving out and wanted to take the opportunity to renovate the kitchen in that side of the duplex. We ended up remodeling the kitchens in both sides of the duplex. The project included moving cabinets and appliances from the client's side over to the rental side. The rental side was finished off with commercial grade vinyl floors and concrete counter tops for added durability. The client's side received new hardwood flooring, custom hickory cabinets, granite counters, and river rock back-splash. We removed the drop ceiling and lighting in both sides.

Our client wanted to expand their deck, but needed to maintain the exterior access to their basement. We designed a custom hatch with gas spring assists. We used Evergrain composite decking and Innovative aluminum railings. The hatch is 6'x14' and weighs about 700 lbs it only requires about 50 lbs of pressure for the first 12" before the springs take over and lift it the rest of the way.
