Very prompt, professional and thorough. I unreservedly recommend Ron Martin and team for any septic repairs. He and his team are fantastic. We had a backed up system and he and his team arrived at 4 pm and worked until 6 pm (in the dark and in the tank).

So I contacted him because he's on of the few in the area that I'm buying my first home. He got right back to me after I left a message and basically said whatever to get the job. He came to do inspection and spoke with me and knows I'm under contract and have a deadline to meet. Now it has been 14 days, still not a report to give my lender and the last 6 days not answering his phone, his text, nothing. My realtor and I both have been contacting him and he just doesn't respond. Avoid this business at all cost. Wastes your time and money!
