Be careful with Red Star. I had Red Star install new HVAC systems and they never completed the work. Missing ducts, water leaks onto floor when running, no drain line clean outs, grills installed so that you cannot replace air filters. I withheld 10% of payment until they finished work and they sued me for payment in full. Now with full payment, they will schedule dates to complete work and then not show up. Be very careful. They lie
