Texas True Comfort

Texas True Comfort installed my AC and Heating unit 3 years ago. I experienced a problem with the AC unit over the summer and called them. The owner came to my home evaluated the problem and found a failed blower motor. He went out of his way to locate the replacement part and repaired the problem in 24 hours. Really impressive!!!

After my AC went out I was referred to Texas true comfort by a neighbor. The initial call and appointment was easy, Chris and Sean showed up the following day gave me a quote in writing, with a very fair price. The work was done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier or Cooler!

Yesterday they came out and installed a new a/c unit in my home. They did an amazing job. They called when they were on their way, they were there on time and were very professional. Most importantly, the are very trustworthy. We had to leave before they could finish and they finished the job but it was so nice to trust leaving them in my home. While having to go in and out constantly- not only did they make sure my animals didn't get out but they also locked the doors when they left. I appreciate the great experience! I highly recommend Texas True Comfort. I will be a forever customer.

Chris took the extra time to do the job right. We ran into some problems with my "high velocity" air system and he took the effort to find the right equipment rather than "rig the system" like the other guys had done in the past. He also re-installed some of the duct work that had been done poorly because he wants it done correctly upon his completion. One word. Integrity.
