Founders Aaron and Paul Doud have worked for several companies in the Spring area and throughout Texas. These other companies gave us the knowledge and skills necessary to construct and maintain almost any outdoor project, but none of these companies offered the complete package especially customer service. Many of the large residential construction projects that we worked on wanted more. They wanted the companies that knew their project and their families to continue to maintain their facilities. In September of 2008 right before Hurricane Ike we left our last company and struck out on our own to do just that. We started maintaining everything from the lawn to the pool. This business model served us well for 5 years but we have now narrowed our focus and just maintain the lawn and landscape side. We have that extensive knowledge about pools, landscapes, night lighting, ponds, fertilizing, irrigation, lawns that we work very well with other contractors especially pool builders Meet the Business Owner Aaron and Paul D. Aaron and Paul D. Business Owner Aaron is a company founder. He received his degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2000. He then returned home and worked for two local companies Mirror Lake Landscape Pools and Spas and Outdoor Living Environments. By working closely with the owners, he gained experience to start his own company in September of 2008, Archer Services. He currently resides in the Spring/Tomball area with his wife and seven children. Paul Doud is a company founder. He has worked for an array of companies all over Texas. Graduated from Klein High School in 2003. Received an associates degree in Landscape Design and Maintenance from TSTC Waco. Worked in the golf course industry to learn from the most technical maintenance out there. Obtained a Pesticides License from the TDA in 2005. Received a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Sam Houston State University. Went on to work for a pool and landscape design company, OLE while attending
