This is the most unprofessional company have dealt with, Insurance scheduled them to come out to replace lines. 3 days in a row no one came. Will the guy in charge made excuse after excuse blaming the workers for not showing up. Day 4 I called and he proceeded to yell at me on the phone and then told me he is done and not going to send anyone to do the work.

The laziest group of people. How this company stays in business I have no idea. But the guy in charge is the worst never takes responsibility for his actions/inactions. If this is your only choice you're better off doing it yourself.

During a time where the Texas freeze destroyed many homes and left millions like myself with water issues, they were prompt, professional, and efficient in their service. I felt comfortable hiring B&C and I feel just as comfortable referring them to anyone else in the future.
