Miss Ashli has great customer service But the overall work that was done on my sofa was Horrible. I explained to her that I wanted only the pillows on my sofa cover which would have given it a different look. She insisted that I left her touch up the whole sofa so I did. It took three months to complete my sectional sofa and Four months for the Ottoman matching. When I finally got my sofa back it looked so different and when I got home I noticed that the furniture tacs were falling out. I explain this to her and She said she will stop by and fix it. It took her two weeks to come to repair it. Later the fabric started to stretch over the buttons and more tacs fell out. The sofa fell apart so I got rid of it a got another one. This sofa was for show not to actually be used
