Fence installation. He convinced us to pay in advance and didnot complete job. He was rude and extremely unreliable. Ordered wrong material TWICE! He offered a one year "warranty" LOL

I hired Zach for a fencing job that he did not complete although paid in full. He has not been communicating and has been a no show for more than a week after promising multiple times that he was returning to complete the work. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. I will be seeking legal action against him for a partial refund for services paid that were not rendered.
