I can't say how well these guys work since they never took the job but I will say that they don't feel like you're important enough to communicate with. They don't respond to phone calls and they take weeks (honestly) to get back to your emails. If they are no longer interested in doing a job they quoted you for don't expect them to let you know. They will just ignore your communication for a month while you were setting aside time and money for the job, expecting them to follow through. Completely amatuerish operation with no customer service or proper communication. I would avoid this company at all costs. If I had this hard a time getting a job started, imagine how hard a time you'll have getting in touch with them when they leave your deck only half complete ....
