Install all new decorative accessory blocks around all exterior fixtures. Install 5 sets of vinyl shutters. Remove and re-install existing gutter system. Windows: Remove 20 existing windows and install all new Alside fully welded vinyl windows. All windows are energy star rated and meet federal guidelines for stimulus tax credit. Remove 3 existing doors and install new 3 new entry doors. Install customer supplied locksets. Foam insulate and trim interior of door to match existing trim work. Deck: Demo exsting deck and install new footings as needed. Frame new deck using pressure treated framing and galvanized fastners. Construct one stair case to ground. Supply and install decking and rail system using pressure treated wood.

Wrap all facia and rake boards with white aluminum. Replace any gable vents with similar size white gable vents. Install all new decorative accessory blocks around all exterior fixtures. Remove all job related debris and caulk and seal where necessary. Install eight new vinyl related shutters. Windows: Supply and install all new andersen windows with following features. Perma shield clad exterior, Prefinished white wood interior, Grid between the glass, White screen and hardware, High performance low E-4 glass. Insulate,caulk and seal where necessary. All windows are energy star related. Supply and install one 6' ps series andersen patio door.

Sofits and front porch will be done in some type of beaded product. Roof: old roof is removed and is replaced with all new 30 year Architectural shingleson entire roof area, complete with all new plumbing boots and roll type ridge venting.Gutters: All new .032 gauge seamless gutters to entire home complete with screw type hidden hangers and all new down spouts.Deck: Remove existing deck completely and remove from site.
