About Blair Contracting
General Contractor starting in 1988. Specializing in remodeling. I've pretty much seen and done it all. I once had a guy who built new homes tell me if you can remodel, you can do anything. I am a critical thinker, so I think that is why I have stayed successful all these years. I have worked on referrals mostly all this time. Partly because I am 100% trustworthy and honest. And partly because of my knowledge. I can do plumbing, electric, carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, etc. I do most of the work myself, but I do have a few guys I can rely on to help me if I need it. They have been with me for many years and know what I require for a finished product. I work with realtors on pre sales and home inspection lists. I can advise to what should be done to make a house saleable in an economic way. Or I can handle most, if not all of a home inspection list. Thank you for your consideration.

Blair Contracting refinished a basement (adding a bathroom) and two bathrooms for me, all of which involved moving and building walls, relocating plumbing, etc. The finished products were better than we imagined. We will work with Blair Contracting again without hesitation when the need arises.

We have had the pleasure of working with Lon Blair, of Blair Contracting, three times in the past four years. Lon and his meticulous and proficient sub-contractors completed beautiful renovations of two of our bathrooms. Lon is low-key and very easy to work with. His longtime experience enabled him to make helpful suggestions which insured a top-notch job both times. Additionally, Lon recently diagnosed and repaired a plumbing problem for us. Excellent job on large basement project from start to finish. Theater room, bathroom, kitchette, and rec room came out great. Mr. Blair is customer focused, very knowledgeable and reliable; a true professional.
