Riley Turner Pro Installs

I recently had Riley install vinyl flooring into the bathroom and kitchen of our vacation home. He was very quick to respond, followed up regularly in an attempt to get the job, and was reasonably priced. When he completed the job it looked good. So why the poor review? After he completed the job, my wife found air bubbles in the bathroom floor. I contacted him and he said he would go by asap. A week later, I contacted him again (on a Friday) to see what he had found, and he told me he had been busy and would be by the following Tuesday. Ten days later, I contacted him again with no response. The next day, I once again texted him, and received no response. The next day, I called and left a message and three days later, still haven't heard from him. At this point, I am stuck trying to find someone else to repair the floor and will be paying additional costs. The reasonable price has now become expensive. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Turner did a fabulous job on my floor. My floors look great, He was fast and courteous. I am having him do some other jobs around my house. He arrives when he says and will and does not leave until the job is done.
