The two gentlemen who installed the product were very professional. They got right to work. They ensured things inside were covered to lessen the mess created while working. Karoly Windows and Doors did an excellent job. My impact windows must be custom-made, so you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installations. If we ever have another window or door to replace, we will use this Karoly Windows and Doors.
