We were very pleased. They were on time, fair and honest, explained why our spring broke and made sure it was fixed correctly. He even took time to explain to us how to know that the job was done correctly and replaced a few bolts that were missing at no additional charge. We will use him again if we need assistance and will most definitely refer him to our family, friends and neighbors. Very professional, thank you!
