I am a local resident selling our house. The prospective buyer made a house inspection using a professional house inspector for sale.One of the comments were related to electric trouble in the main panel. I called Palombi, (Tim) Electric as recommended by my real estate agent, I made the call, armed with the expectation of not being able to respond, during this time of the year, due to heavy workload, I was pleasantly surprise ; (a) the call went through and got a real person to answer; (b) took time to analyze the (buyer's) report I was reading over the phone; (c) got an appointment the same day., (d) Finally, Tim showed up on time as promised. The reported trouble was analyzed, and explained. but because the defective part was not readily available in his service vehicle, he promised to come back the following day. He came back the following day as promised and finished the job. And did an extra service that was not highlighted on the list I was working on, He challenged that electrical comment relating to mismatched circuit breaker that was placed on the AC unit. he took the information down, from the outside unit and said, I will research this issue the get back to you with the technical reference to back up his comment that the repot was not accurate. He came back with what he promised and delivered His can-do attitude and quality service made me a believer in his electrical services and earned my future business for good. I highly recommend him for anyone with electrical issues, I gladly endorse his company with a 5 star rating on my free will without any reservation. I have another (new) trouble call a week later, and the response and the level of the service, how it was resolved were of the same high caliber as the first one. Another job well done, from Tim.

I have dealt with contractors and Tim is, by far, the absolute best! He is courteous, extremely knowledgeable, very neat, and goes above and beyond. He is a pleasure to deal with and is very fair. I HIGHLY recommend this young man!
