Lee Santos Custom Waterfalls

Hired Lee Last May to install a waterfall and plant package on our in ground pool. Water fall looks beautiful, plants died within 2 weeks, 2 of the 3 lights for the water fall never worked. He did replace the plants, tried to replace lights, worked for a week then stopped working. Very difficult to get in touch with him, slow response time. By end of summer he said having issues with the new manufacturer he was using. He removed the 3 faulty lights and said once he found new company to work with he would come back out and replace the 3 lights (said prob over winter depending on how cold). Its now May again (1 entire year later) I have no lights in my waterfall nor has Lee reached out to me in regards to making good on this. I paid him in full for a product that a year later he still has not delivered on. I have been very patient and willing to work with him but this is unacceptable. I have left 2 messages for him (1 with receptionist, 1 by vm) over the past 2 weeks and have had no response. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere.
