D A Silva was assigned my open plumbing issue by American Home Shield on a Monday at 4pm. I waited until Tuesday at 11:31am to call and made it clear it was an easy job (replacing a standpipe - can do it myself but didn't have the time and needed our washing machine). I called again Wednesday at 10:51am. At 4:35pm on Wednesday I cancelled the appt. after I fixed it myself. I never heard from D A Silva.
