Prime 1 Builders is a full-service general contractor offering a wide variety of services. We offer DESIGN BUILD services/ new custom home/ new construction additions/renovations. We perform remodeling projects of all types including kitchens and baths, finished basements to include "mancaves", home theater rooms, game rooms. We also offer excavation and site work services. We also have a commercial division which includes dental offices/interior buildouts/light commercial/hospitality. Dan Meade, the president and owner of Prime 1 has over 30 years experience in his field. Dan is CAPS certified (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), CGP(Certified Green Professional) and currently working on his CGR(Certified Graduate Remodeler). He is the Chairman of the Remodelers Council for the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. We are now the winners of 2 BAMP Housing Excellence Awards, Best Urban Renewal Renovation project $300,000-$750K and Best Bath Renovation under $50K and we recently just won our 1st Chrysalis Award as a Regional Winner for Best Bath Remodel in the $40-60K category.
