I am writing to recommend Coast Contracting and its owner Jeff Troendle as a contractor. Jeff served as my project manager and hands on carpenter for the past several months during the construction of my new home. He and his employees worked tirelessly to ensure that I was more than satisfied with the quality of his craftsmanship. Jeff also demanded only the highest level of quality from all of the subcontractors working under him. As with any home construction, not everything goes as planned. Jeff proved to be an ingenious problem solver over and over again. He also was sure to keep in communication with me nearly every day to keep me up to speed. Even now that my home has been completed, Jeff still follows up with me to be sure I am satisfied. Services required included the installation of a new interior frame, door, jamb, and surrounding molding. As a final measure, to cosmetically Jeff stained the entire assembly to match perfectly the fit and finish of the rest of the house. My experience with Jeff Troendle of Coast-Contracting requires that I must share both a recommendation and reason for it. I can confidently state that this is a company any project can be trusted with and handled professionally. I spoke with Jeff about the situation, what it entailed, any concerns I had and he, without any hesitation, was able to answer all with great expertise. He was on time when he stated he would be, with a personable and warm personality, he discussed a few other remaining facets which I appreciated. His suggestions were to allow for a better installation and appearance. He then went immediately to work, but not until leaving behind a superior finished product. The final project is exactly what I hoped to achieve and what Jeff had promised. Fit and finish are spot on. My first time using Angie's List, this is what I hoped the site would be conducive for. I will absolutely go to Jeff with any next project. He has my highest recommendation.
