I was extremely pleased with the design and service provided by SFB Enterprises. Quality work was first and foremost, and Mike's eye for design ensured that I got a beautiful porch with unique details. A job well done.

Mike with SFB Enterprises made the process of building my home as pleasant as possible. From my stand point it is never easy building a home from scratch so to speak. I was and still am very pleased with all aspects of the construction of my home. Still today my house it thirteen years old, and if I have a problem no matter size, I have Mike's number on speed dial and I have recommended his building services many times to my friends.

Luxury Bath Renovation | Apr 2015 | When the homeowners bought this house they couldn't stand the dated master bath and oddly shaped narrow closet that came with it- it was more of a maze than a master closet. They asked me to create a better space for them. The closet shared a wall with a 12 x 12 office that had built-in cabinets against the wall. My design removed the cabinets and utilized most of the home office space but left enough room the reuse main piece of cabinetry. Everything else was torn out. We removed the dated cultured-marble whirlpool tub and used that space to create a very large walk-in shower with bench and a choice of wall head, overhead rain, or both, with a handheld shower bench valve and a separate shower on the other end. This space had a window that allowed in natural light. We also installed a pedestal tub with an inside window to increase the amount of natural light they desired. We also installed a new double vanity, towel warmer, toilet closet and cabinets, using the odd space as a full height medicine cabinet and full length mirror. After these alterations, the closet space had a total of 23 feet for hanging space, plus a double window from the original office space making it cheerful with natural light. | $28k | Watkinsville, GA
Judy's Woman Cave | Feb 2015 | I have a client who ask me to look at a neighbor's bedroom leak and speak with her about her closet. They had an amazing vaulted second floor bedroom with v-groove throughout and wonderful glass block shower. She had oriental taste sculpted with Texas southern style. They made a wonderful couple creating an environment and the home is warm and inviting. I was ask to look at the hip roof attic storage adjacent to the lavatories and existing low oriental style closet/shelves. I could see and potential and ask how big they would like it. Her reply was "as big as possible and still blend with the home and not look 'just added". It began as a little over 9x12 and grew and grew. A vaulted ceiling, sky lights, built in ironing board, full length mirrors, room for furniture and cabinets plus much more. The final product was approx. 185 sq ft. with linen tiered light fixtures, custom twin entry doors designed to blend with the existing low closets using sail cloth as coverings and full length mirrors attached. Upon entering and looking up at the ceiling your eyes will find a large storage shelf which has another 30 plus feet of storage. Custom double and long hanging were built providing 41 ft. of hanging. Natural oak hardwood and a dedicated HVAC system and room for her painting make this a "Woman Cave" for a great Southern Lady. It was a challenge to blend with the 20 plus year old structure and while there we repaired and did some heavy maintenance on water damaged doors, fascia and boxing and chimney chases. | $28k | Watkinsville, GA
Opening Wall and Front Porch | Sep 2014 | The client had a front porch which was out of proportion when built and had brick steps sinking over the years. We added to the sides to balance the proportions of the home then covered the porch with both real and faux stone. Faux on the sides. included removing all the old overgrown shrubs from the front-16 of them- this is the third project at their home. Their barn project was the first one we created for them. They needed a place to store the riding mower, Mrs. Neighbors a place for potting, and some storage and it should look old. I incorporated two antique windows and an antique Victoria door with a crystal door knob. Also after working with Peter at Lowe's 506 we created a Valspar Faux finish which made new cement board siding appear to be very aged by using flat base exterior which was color washed with satin. The moving wall (door) with built in racks was also unique. | $12k | Watkinsville, GA
Pool House | Sep 2014 | covered cabana with two large baths with showers and pump equipment room- hardi siding, hardi and PVC trim, KDAT columns, tile baths fully handicap accessible even roll in showers, pump room walls are pressure treated plywood, --- pool not part of SFB contract | $100k | Watkinsville, GA
Gray Deck extended | May 2014 | Unique deck addition on a golf coarse so clients could sit at the table and view the coarse without the pickets on most decks interfering with the wonderful view. Utilizing stainless steel cables and kiln dried after treatment #1 pressure treated lumber and invisible fasteners for the new Trex deck boards. Also renovated existing structural members holding up the tile covered screen porch and created a screen door using a common fiberglass slab for many years of service instead of replacing often. While there we also extended the patio underneath and I came up with a faux ceiling and stair cover. | $30k | Statham, GA
New Porch | Nov 2013 | This was for a great client who wanted something special for herself to enjoy and relax in. Her deck was tucked in an odd place of the floor plan and the surrounding walls were very tall. (Not a sun porch or place to get a tan most of the year). This included repainting the house and minor repairs. After our first meeting, we met at Lowe's and picked a few materials she liked. The ceiling design was a surprise when she was got home one day. It turned out to be a welcoming space complete with a special work area shelf. | $10k | Athens, GA
Landrums Deck | Oct 2011 | Designed and built custom deck and did a color wash glaze in the interior foyer. | $10k | Watkinsville, GA
