Foundation Pros of Wisconsin LLC

I can't speak for their foundation work but I would not recommend them for finish concrete. Their price is good but it's not worth it to be looking at poor concrete forever. I had two sidewalks poured and 25x25 approach to my garage. About 2/3 had to be broken out and repoured because the finish was so bad and there was standing water. They blamed the concrete being too wet. If thats the case, why wasn't the entire job redone? The hand joints are wavy. The finish is uneven everywhere. The driveway isn't even square. They left the yard a mess. 1 year later and there are chunks breaking out and cracks. I have a close friend and a relative that had work done by them about the same time. Neither are happy. Absolute garbage work. They knew it and hoped that I wouldn't complain. Pay more and have quality work done! You get what you pay for I guess...

Do not do business with this company! I would glady give them zero stars if that was an option. We hired Foundation Pros in early March 2021, signed a contract and gave them a large deposit. We were given a start date in early May 2021 which was pushed back one week initially. We needed to take our garage down as part of our job was to replace the garage slab/garage. We took down our garage two days before our 2nd start date in May 2021. The day came to start our job, we were told the owner showed up and stated "We can't do this job for this price" and left the job site without even notifying us. We had to make contact with the foreman Joe who bid our job who stated he had made a mistake and was very sorry and we could get our money back or they could bring in an engineer to see if there was a way to save some of our current concrete to make the job cheaper for us. Our quote was to remove and replace everything we currently have so we were not happy but we were willing to listen to what they proposed. My husband had to call and text the owner and ask him to meet at our home the next day and explain what was happening with our project. The owner showed up the next day asking if he could bring in an engineer to come up with a plan to save some of our current concrete. We agreed to the engineer. It took a week before the engineer could come out and then it was another three weeks for his report which turned into many calls and texts to the owner and the office who very clearly were trying to avoid our calls and texts because they would not respond. There was also a point in June where we were told we didn't get a call back because the owner was out of town dealing with a family member which is not an excuse when you are running a business. We were finally given a new start date in late June 2021 however they never told us what the new plan was and every time we called or text the owner and the office we never got a response. If you were changing our original contract we would need to know what you are planning on doing different so we could decide if we agreed and then sign a new contract. Ultimately we decided they were not going to ever come to do our job an decided to call the owner to let him know we decided we just want our money back and we will find someone else. That was in late June,. The owner called us back right away that time and very clearly stated our check for the deposit would be in the mail the next day. Days went by without a check. We made more calls and texts stating we never received the check. We were then told very clearly that the check was in a secure envelope along with the engineers plans, we were even told what date it was mailed out and again the check never arrived. Needless to say now we are left without a garage or our deposit and since concrete contractors are so busy we may not get our project completed until next spring leaving us without a garage all winter long. We recently hired an attorney and are in the process of taking legal action against Foundation Pros. You are dealing with an owner and employees who clearly do not know how to run an honest business if you hire this company.

I wish I was able to give this company a zero star rating. In November 2020 I signed a contract and paid a deposit for a parking slab, footers, curb cut/approach. Spring came and went, work postponed with the excuse of rain. We were told the permits were pulled, the job was scheduled, workers are on their way. It is now July 7 2021, and Foundation Pros is not returning calls or replying to emails. Apparently there was some family or other business issues, but that does not excuse the unprofessionalism I have experienced. Numerous attempts to contact Lala & Shyam Soni (owners) about a refund or schedule of work have been unsuccessful. Running a business is not an easy task, but this behavior is uncalled for and childish. I hope Foundation Pros gets organized and refunds our deposit, and haven't put other home owners/businesses in a predicament.

Where do I even begin. If you have foundation problems look no further than this company. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I know you hear that about a lot of companies but what you will find working with this company that you won't with others is the dedication, perseverance, and commitment they will give you. We had a really tough issue and one I personally would not have blamed them if they threw in the towel but they did not they stuck with us and never quit. They came at a moments notice, arrived when they said they would, went above and beyond to help us get our problem resolved and clean up afterwards. It was messy work but once they were done they cleaned up their mess so well you would not have even known they were jackhammering up cement in my basement. I have dealt with many contractors with my personal homes as well as the rentals we owned and have never worked with a better group of people. I cannot say enough about them. All this and they came in with the best price! Look no further!
