I had Paradise Builders build an in-law suite. As a retired engineer, I was looking for a contractor that could not only make the finished product look nice, but also be of solid, quality construction, something that would not need any remedial work for many years, if ever. That’s a tough requirement. I found that Paradise was up to the job. Their subcontractors are great, very responsive and performed quality work. There are always issues with new construction. Paradise was able to identify potential issues, communicated the issues well and always had a solution. One example is the high water table on my property. They determined that there was enough pitch to put a French drain under the basement. The drain works great, zero water on the footings. There plenty of other examples like this. I’m very happy with the end result, a good quality construction that looks great. I highly recommend Paradise Builders.

Response: 5.0 Comments: All Paradise Builders staff we worked with were professional and courteous. Concerns were addressed directly and with care. Please rate the cleanliness of the work site throughout the project. Response: 5.0 Comments: The environment was cleaned up at the end of each day. No complaints. How would you rate our ability to keep everything organized for you throughout the project? Response: 5.0 Comments: Pictures and other documentation was saved to Builder Trend promptly. Please rate the level of craftsmanship you feel went into your project. Response: 5.0 Comments: The same care went into constructing our front entrance as did the upstairs rafters. High quality, whether it was visible or will never be seen again. Please rate our ability to stay on the projected schedule for your project. Response: 4.5 Comments: We had some delays, waiting on the inspector for example, but it was understandable. Initial estimate was 7-8 weeks, actual was 15 weeks. With the delays that were out of our control and the change orders, the extra time is justifiable. If I can make a suggestion, I would have liked to have the schedule as documented in Builder Trend to have been more updated - it appeared that the original project plan was added at the project onset, but actual day-to-day activities did not line up.
