Real Estate has been a foundation in Matthew's life since he was a boy. As the son of a successful Real Estate Broker for over 45 years, the Real Estate industry and quality customer service was engrained in his persona at a young age. He began his professional career in 1996 after graduating from Baylor University with his Master's Degree. In 2002, Matthew joined forces with his brother Mark Allen to create a simple and highly effective "One Stop Shop" approach to Real Estate. Customer service and a trust worthy relationship with their customers has always been the main focus of their business. Through the years, their company has grown to multiple offices and one of the Highest Producing Firms in Central Florida. With Multiple retail offices throughout Central Florida including Downtown Orlando, Downtown Windermere, and Davenport, the Realty International Team as all of the resources to service ALL of Central Florida. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker for more than 12 years, Matthew has attained many of the Highest Designations and Standards the Real Estate Industry offers and has been a Top Producing Realtor for many years closing Million of Dollars in Real Estate. Matthew holds distinguished title as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. He also is an Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified as a Short Sale Specialist. With vast experience and concentrations in REO and Short Sales, Property Management, Foreign National Investors, Residential and First Time Home Buyers, he has successfully worked with almost every segment of Buyers and Sellers. As a resident of Windermere, Matthew, his wife Amy and son Ashton are very active in the community as the owners of the Allen's Creamery & Coffeehouse in Downtown Windermere. They are also involved in several Windermere committees and help in the planning an execution of several local events and charities. In their free time, they love the outdoors with their 2 dogs.
