Tim's estimate for my small kitchen in my townhouse was well over double from other companies I had out to my place regarding quotes. He was smug and clearly didn't know how to bid. I say that because he was asking me what other quotes I had for my other home improvement projects. When I told him the prices I received for other jobs (i.e. painting) in my townhouse, he said "I don't believe you got it at that price." His questions were intrusive and it was like he was new to bidding for a home improvement project. For my small 10 x 10 kitchen, he wanted $15,000 to $20,000 just for labor!!! FOLKS, DO NOT HIRE TIM DREWES OR WASTE YOUR TIME HAVING HIM OUT TO YOUR PLACE FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Found Tim on line and asked for a quote to finish a room in my basement. This included partition walls, hung ceiling, drywall, trim, paint, lighting, doors and hardware and a laminate floor. Not only was the quality of work top notch but he is courteous, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Tim and when I'm staring my next home improvement in the face, Tim will be my first call.
