My garage outlets suddenly stopped working & I have my deep freezer with food in the garage, all at risk of going bad. Its weekend & I didn't know what to do. I posted my problem on Porch & I got a call back almost soon after from York River Electric. I spoke with a kind gentleman who told me he would send someone out on Monday. I explained to him the urgency with the food in the freezer & he guided me through what to do to fix the problem, all over the phone. He was patient, professional & knew exactly what the problem was & helped me fix it all over the phone. I have promptly saved their number & should the need arise, I will definitely use their services in future. I am so happy & thankful for their assistance today.
