After spending over $7000.00 on a mower and over $2000.00 on Echo tools for a lawn business. The first time I tried to change the edger blade the screw was stripped. Their customer service response: Too bad, want to buy another one? BUYER BEWARE if you have a problem. Edger was $89 new, to fix $45 in parts and $50 service fee. They are great when you are buying tools. Just don't come in for anything else.

I can't speak for other locations, but the service at the one in Yorktown VA, is poor to say the least. 3 weeks to repair a 2 year old Echo residential leaf blower which is still not fixed. I have called them twice, 9 days apart, and both times was told parts on order. Come on! its a coil and wire. No one bothered to call and update as to the status of the repair. Their phone recording states that they are partners with theirs customer, and will not rest until the customer is happy. let me tell you, they will never be a partner of mine, nor will I ever purchase a product from them again. I will be going back to Stihl product!
