Patrick did not show up for four scheduled appointments for an estimate. On 4/2/21, 4/6/21, 6/9/21 and 6/10/21. On 6/11/21 I messaged him to express my disappointment in the company's unprofessionalism. I explained that my time was just as important as his and I had spent many hours waiting. He called me back and asked me what I would like him to do when he is held up by other customers and said he didn't think we should work together because I was not being understanding. I can understand once or even twice but four times!! He said he would ask the owner what he should do about my job and then NEVER got back to me.I then called a different company who said"let me check my schedule because I do not want to overbook. Thats the way to do business. If you have a big job I am sure the company will show up, if not, save yourself time and frustration and call another company.
