Peace of Mind Home Inspections

A simple task of running the bathtub/shower faucet to check for leaks was not done. The first time I turned on the shower, it leaked from the faucet. Not a slow drip but a steady stream. I have to hire a plumber now to fix it when this should have been checked during the inspection. POM insisted they always check the faucets but I have a hard time believing that was done since as I said, the very first time I used the shower, the water would not turn off completely. Over 300 dollars for an inspection on a small 1 br condo not well spent
