All Inclusive Ahora Inspections

Horrible! I smelled gas when we moved in and there was a gas leak. The gas company red tagged the range. The fridge was leaking, the dryer wasn't working and the heater in the middle of winter wasn't working either. Jamilla is the mot unprofessional person to deal with. Do not recommend them to even inspect a shed!

July 2016, I used Ahora to inspect a home I purchased. In their report they failed to mention I had no p trap in the shower, no vents in the bathroom. Also I have a flat roof, they never mentioned that there was no way for the water to drain off the roof so now I have water leaking into the house. They failed to mention that there were no inspection stickers on the electrical box, the heating and cooling system. The city of Abq deemed the house uninhabitable because of their terrible work. They put some type of white material on top of the roof which took a whole ten minutes and said it would protect the house from leaks and changed the price from $500.00 to $700....and expected me to pay them. When I mentioned all of this to them she began calling me stupid along with other choice names which I cannot say publicly. I now am speaking to an attorney. Their work, very bad. I have statement s from the city inspector. Beware if this business, they pretend their your best friend and then really stuck it too you.

I've been in real estate over 10 years and LOVE this company. They are punctual, professional and thorough. They always include the client if there present in their inspections. Any questions or concerns they address immediately. Very responsive to phone calls. I would highly recommend them!

Missed problems during the home inspection. Didn't fix roof problems properly Has been out over 5 times to work on the same problem still not fixed. I will be using someone else to do the job properly.
