Potluck Pickup

Horrible customer service! I have to put my trash cans in a neighbors yard to be picked up. For him to let me do that he wanted to be able to put trash in the cans so I get to pay for his trash collection too. Then I had to fight for the first month free like they advertised. I mailed in the coupon with the first payment stub. They lady that answers their phones pretty much called me a liar notes it on my bill and sent it to me. Worst customer service I have ever had. They must not need customers.
