Forever Redwood

I entered into an agreement with Forever Redwood in Feb 2020. After going back and forth with the owner, Raul Hernandez, he determined that they could not move forward with the project because of the structural details of my city code. Mr. Hernandez offered me a full refund in writing but later refused to pay me for a job he cancelled. I filed a lawsuit in Sonoma County Court and won hands down. He did not even show up. I have put a lien on his property with the Secretary of State in California. I have all the documentation and its public. Your can search it on the Sonoma County Courts web site case number MSC-191872. It should go without saying that doing business with this person should be avoided at all costs. Their company is NOT in Annapolis California, but in Ensenada Mexico. There is fine print on one of the last pages of their web site that some of the pictures of their products have been licensed from other builders. So don't be fooled by the volume of pictures. These people are dishonest PERIOD. Should be minus 5.
