I am a small general contractor specializing in small and odd jobs. There is no job too small, even including changing a light bulb. I have over 15 years experience working in the residential construction industry. I am also a graduate from a trade school with a degree in building construction and maintenance. In my career, I have done everything there is to do in residential construction including building new homes from the ground up. I have training in all sorts of areas including but not limited to window and door replacement, siding installation, patios and retaining walls, even as far as installing solar panels and generators. If the job is too big for me to handle, I have a vast selection of sub contractors which specialize in every field there is to help complete any project.

Door removal | Apr 2015 | Removed a door and replaced with a fixed panel window. The door was about 8inches to the left of the French doors. We removed the door and reframed the opening to except the new window and then patched all the siding back in. | Palmyra, PA
Miscellaneous repairs including plumbing, electrical and carpentry | Apr 2015 | On this project we replaced the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, bathroom faucet, rebuilt the toilet, installed a new medicine cabinet and vanity light, replaced the door on the laundry room and replaced the kitchen light. | Hershey, PA
Laundry room relocation | Mar 2015 | I moved the laundry room from the basement to a first floor closet so the home owner did not have to go up and down the stairs just to do laundry. In order to relocate the laundry room we had to install a new washer outlet for the water and drain and also run new electric for the washer and dryer. The dryer was also vented up through the attic and out to the exterior of the home through the soffit. The old washer and dryer hook ups were left in tack in the basement for future use if so desired. The old bifold doors were removed and replaced with new doors and lights were also added in the ceiling of the closet. | Palmyra, PA
Basement remodel | Feb 2015 | This basement job was an insurance claim for a flooded basement. The water extraction company came in and cut the wallboard up 12" the whole way around the basement. I then proceeded to repair all the walls by installing and finishing the drywall, painting and trimming the basement to the home owners specifications. We also added a half bath to the basement using and up flush toilet. | Palmyra, PA
Exterior painting job | Sep 2014 | Exterior painting jobs can involve a lot of work. This home had vines growing on the side of it that had to be scraped off and sanded to make for a smooth paint finish. The windows and doors had lots of chipping paint that also needed to be scraped and sanded along with some patch work on the rotten wood. The siding was loose in some spot and had some holes that had to be patch and repaired before painting. | Elizabethtown, PA |
