Doug was a true professional, showed up when he said he would. He went over our plans on our kitchen cabinet design some times two or three times to make sure we were on the same page, even came up with ideas that we didn't think of. Doug paid attention to detail (So far we haven't found one mistake) and when he was done for the day he left a clean kitchen.
