About Highland Residential Roofing
We are a full service residential and commercial roofing company that services all of North Carolina. We do whole roofs and repairs. We are widely held as one of the best roofing problem solvers in the Eastern United States. We also offer our Famous $295 Roof Tune Up. See our Facebook Page link on this site for details on what is included in the $295 Roof Tune Up. Our new Roofs include a 10 year full warranty on workmanship and material. This warranty is fully transferable between owners. We offer this warranty from our firm, aside from the active manufacturers' warranty, because we are very confident in how well our roof will hold up! Guaranteed! We use lead pipe flashings on all our pipes that extend through the roof. We also always use synthetic underlayment, not tar paper(felt). All our roofs are Hand-nailed, not installed with pneumatic guns. We have supporting literature as to why these items are superior to the way all the other guys are doing their roofs. We also do many other quality steps not listed here.
