Brian Walls Plumbing & Heating

We had a very disappointing experience with this Plumber. Having known him since he was a boy, and babysat him, we had an excellent first experience with him 3 years ago, when he put in our Hot Water Heater. But about a month ago the Hot Water Heater Blew, and we called him to request another, and that he install it. I left him at least 20 messages in the past 4 weeks, and none have been returned. I emailed him, same. The Hot Water Heater he installed was under Warranty, my husband tried to bring it back to the supplier, who said Brian would have to call and make arrangements for this himself. We called and explained that over and over. Again all messages, and no call back from him. We are out several hundred dollars as a result, and wanted to warn others of this.
