I signed a contract 2/27/22. I paid a deposit of 3K for basement/foundation Waterproofing and was guaranteed to be completed in 2.5 weeks... Delay after delay...(NOT weather related) continued well into mid April. Upon mutual agreement , (in writing) project was cancelled. Daniel Ervin (brother to co-owner) refused, repeatedly to refund my deposit. NO work was started. This is Theft by Deception, as services were never rendered. Multiple attempts, and multiple stall tactics that ultimately resulted in a refusal to refund deposit. Currently, criminal & civil charges have been filed against Daniel Ervin & Mark Ervin, both Sr & Jr. Scammers.
