Storm Works Roofing & Restoration

Recently purchased a home with a Storm Works warranty. They installed a new roof exactly two years ago. Have been leaving messages on both sales and "customer care" lines for a week now. Sean left a message ONCE to call him. Two calls a day, every day this week - he apparently accidentally answered the phone once - and said he'd "call me right back" and has yet to do so. I have given him notice that I will begin legal procedings and filing complaints with the state unless he takes action to fulfill the promises made in the written warranty by the end of the week. So far, one star - a Storm Works warranty is just a piece of paper so far.
