About Chuck's Home Inspections
Chuck's Home Inspection has been doing business here in the Big Bear Area for over 15 years. We are ASHI certified and are contracted by the City of Big Bear Lake to inspect the private rental homes. We do mold and air quality inspections. We have done hundreds of homes and many of the commercial properties that have sold in our area.

Failed to detect major fire hazard with fireplace or recommend a more qualified fireplace inspector. Response "it looked OK to me". Now facing $12,000 repair 2 weeks aft er closing. Don't use him. Totally incompetent
