Palmer Coking Coal Company sells sand, gravel, topsoil, beauty bark, quarry rock, red cinders, lava rock, nutra-mulch, compost, and a wide variety of landscape and building construction products. PCCC is located on Highway 169 in Black Diamond, Washington. We've been serving the material needs of King County for 80 years (since 1933). PCCC is open Monday - Friday, 7 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 7 am to 4 pm. We're closed Sundays and traditional holidays. Products can either be purchased for delivery from our fleet of full-size dump trucks, or customers can pick up any amount they want at our retail yard located at 31407 - 3rd Avenue, Black Diamond 98010. Most products are sold by the ton, meaning that you pay only for what you want. There is no minimum on per ton products. Certain products such as beauty bark, play chips, nutra-mulch and compost are sold by the cubic yard (cy), with a 1/2 cy minimum.
