Two Storey Building

Two Storey Building is a full service design/building company that has been building and remodeling homes throughout eastern Massachusetts since 2001. We are a professional company and a full service general contractor. We typically handle all aspects of a project and manage and oversee all of the sub trades. We have several lead carpenters who work for us and run each of our projects. All of my carpenters are well trained and licensed construction supervisors. We have one lead carpenter assigned to each project and Bill Storey is our Production Supervisor, managing our crews and subcontractors and Doug Storey is the Managing Partner and project manager in daily contact with our customers. We provide an open book approach, telling you what each item costs and then charge a fee for our service on everything within our contract scope. We have found this approach is what homeowners such as yourself need to make informed decision about how to best allocate their budget for their project. We generally work for a 20-25% fee based on the size and scope of the project. This is a very fair range for a full service building contractor. We enjoy the creative aspects of the project, helping you with design ideas and working with you to help you achieve your desires within your budget in a reasonable timeframe. Two Storey Building really excels at the project management side and have many many satisfied customers to vouch for that. We are a different kind of builder than most. For those that are looking to hire a professional who can build and manage all the details of the project, working closely with the homeowners, in an organized and predictable process, following a set schedule and budget, we are a good fit. For those looking for the lowest price, we are not typically a good fit. Most importantly, we feel it is our responsibility as your builder to act as your steward throughout the project. We treat your home as if it was our own with care and respect and take the time to build the best home we can build for you.
