Professional Home Inspector. A home inspection covers the structure, roofing, plumbing, electrical, grading & drainage, built in appliances, furnace, A/C, water heater, etc. It is a visual inspection of the working components inside and outside of the house to make sure they a preforming properly and if any maintenance or repairs will be necessary. A report on the condition of the house will be available for the customer. All accessible openings/covers will be removed and inspected. The inspection is visual and no destructive testing is preformed.
