Oh, and by the way, Todd Giampaola promised me *dozens* of times to pay me back the deposit but he never did. He is not a man of integrity.

I would give NEGATIVE 100 stars if I could. I hired Todd Giampaola to complete a closet project in January of 2021. Quote of $3500 was given to me for entire project. Todd Giampaolo said it would take 4 WEEKS to complete. After *dozens* of lies, excuses and misrepresentations over the coarse of 11 MONTHS, I gave up having Todd Giampaola complete the project. I gave him two partial payments totaling $1400. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU!!

I would have given more stars but that is not a option. My wife and I had a great experience Mr. Giampaola and his crew. I had a enclosed porch and full remodel of my living room and kitchen done for almost 2000 under the other estimates I had gotten. Mr. Giampaola and his team of professionals were very polite and always on time. Although I changed some things half way through the build he worked with me and took the time to explain some very good design ideas. My wife and I will be using Sicily Construction and his team again in the future.

Worst experience ever! Beware of this company! I should have known when the first appt to do the estimate, Todd "forgot" and didnt show up that this company was bad news. But things happen, so I gave him a second chance. He rescheduled and came out the next day. He was good about getting the estimate, for an enclosed porch. after discussing some adjustments to the estimate, I accepted it and Todd set up the date to do.the job the next Wednesday. Said it would take 4 days to complete. I thought that seemed quick, but what do.I know, hes the expert! He said they would start Wednesday or Thursday. Great! Wednesday came and went - he didnt show, so I texted him to find out if he was coming on Thursday. No reply. I called him early Thursday morning and left a voice mail, no reply. I texted him again and said I would give him until today and no answer. I am so appalled at how unprofessional this has been, not to mention I now have to find someone else to do the job, now almost a month later! I will let Lowes know to not refer anyone to porch.com or this company! Shame on you, Todd!
